What is Vowl?
Git-style version control for the spreadsheets finance teams work in. You push versions of a workbook, open change requests, get AI-assisted reviews, and publish once they're approved.
Which files can I put under version control?
Excel workbooks (.xlsx) today, with PowerPoint support rolling out. Work from the web app or directly inside Excel with the Vowl add-in.
What will it cost?
The Free plan covers one seat and costs nothing. Team is $500 a month for the whole team, or $5,400 billed yearly, and covers up to 25 seats. Larger firms are on Enterprise. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Is my data secure?
Your files are encrypted in transit and at rest, access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel, and your spreadsheets are never used to train AI models.
How do I add or remove people from my team?
Org owners and admins manage members from org settings, and can add or remove people whenever the team changes. Every active member counts as a seat on your plan.
